Possible damage if you survive Amitriptyline OD

I am always scared about surviving my attempt. I have a lot of amitriptyline here. But what happens if I surivive i am scared of damage, especially heart damage.
It is sad that SN is not available anymore in many areas.

I wouldn't OD on prescription. That's a good way to end up in a worse position. SN is there, you just need to keep researching or there's N. What country do you live in?
