My boyfriend broke up with me so i wanted to ctb, i wanted to say bye to him but just a text message felt too impersonal, so i thought about a voice message but still too impersonal so i made the mistake of calling him and we stayed on a call for two hours why i was sitting by the tracks… we cried a lot and i just idk i feel so bad for doing this to him, i was such a fucked up girlfriend.

anyway my (now) ex called my psychiatric contact-person who then contacted the police who later found me at the tracks after the trains were halted

god my brain is so scattered

anyway, police got me and sectioned me

i just want to ctb, next time ill just send him a voice message and be done with it.

I've never commented on any of your threads but I've read all of them, I'm really sorry about what you're going through, I know you and your boyfriend meant a lot to eachother and the lengths he was going to to show he cared about you aswell.

Don't beat yourself up about how good or bad of a girlfriend you were, existing and being suicidal is hard enough, let alone upkeeping a relationship. I'm sorry.

If I weren't sectioned right now, I'd kill myself immediately. Right now I'm just trying to act happy and healthy for the staff so it can let me go. But there's no me without him. I'm I will kill myself without him. Even though he promised it's just a two-week break, that's too much for me.

I literally can't handle living like that. I have no one in my life. He's the only one. So So I am gonna beat myself up about it. Cause I was a terrible girlfriend.

All I did was put stress on him and push him away. All I deserve is to die. And I can't even fucking do that. The police found me. The fucking police found me.

I'm really sorry to hear that this happened to you. Surviving and getting sectioned was one of the biggest worries of mine when attempting myself. It just seemed so.. dehumanizing. I'm glad I was able to avoid it (for now, anyway). I really hope they let you out soon

well he broke up with me, I specifically asked if I could get my sodium nitrite back and he declined :(
