I got my sn off the jungle/rainforest site. however I am worried it may not be legit because there are no labels and I can't find the sn on the company website. please pm me to tell me if it's legit

Was the brand with initials "sd"? believe this is confirmed legit. There are scammers on the jungle, but given that SN is not regulated in China, and is extremely cheap to make, it would not be any cheaper for them to ship bogus product.
The scam here is you paid 50 bucks for less than a dollar's worth of SN.
