Please someone tell me something I can do at home to ctb, I really can't take this anymore. I'm begging someone to help me with this.

i know this won't instantly provide you with what you want. Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a quick "fix"
i guess the reason i exist is since previously i'd be impulsive when wanting to ctb, which only really prolonged my suffering.
