Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Hello friends, this is not about suicide. It's actually the opposite - I'm trying to get a hold of a medicine for my health condition (skin related) that I have no access to.
Is anybody here living in a place in the world where it's relatively easy to buy prescription medicines (even without prescription).
I am in pretty desperate need for a cream medication called Fluorouracil 5%. It's a pretty common topical cream used for killing abnormal cell growth and certain kinds of cancers.
If anyone is so kind to be able to buy this and ship to me in my country, I am ever so grateful. If you are in need of some money, I am willing to pay really well for this job.

Please let me know thanks

Have you looked at using GoodRx? It looks like it is about $60 through them.

Fluorouracil (Efudix®) is a cytostatic. Is there a reason why your doctor refuses to give you a prescription ?
