Help Please Help Me ! I can't take it anymore , Please show some mercy on this suffering soul

My health has worsened, suffering from unexplained weight loss, hair loss, brain full of negative thoughts and memories, Bladder issues worsened , urine issues keep me awake most part of the night, haven't slept properly for more than 1 and half years now . I have neurogenic bladder and myelomalacia d12-l1 spine , causing me both bladder and bowel movement issues, I was taking AD's , took for 12 years, but had to stop because SSRI's don't agree with my bladder, and other AD's don't help, I have a very bad case of intrusive memories and negative thoughts popping up at random times of the day and i go into an episode of inner rage or other negative emotions , needless to say all this is making my life a living hell and have sunk into a profound misery. What makes the matter worse is currently I am unemployed , I can't take it anymore, please show me some mercy and share with me painless way to exit.


I am so weak both physically and emotionally , jumping from a high rise building or jumping into a river, jumping in front of a train etc,... I don't know whether I will be able to actually execute these methods, as even mere thoughts of these methods put me into a traumatic state and unbearable and unspeakable distress. I need a quieter method , one involving swift , peaceful death ...possible involving pills, drugs or cocktail of medicine. If anyone in this group knows such a method and has access to pills or medicine or drugs needed to carry it out , kindly share it with me , whatever savings I have , I will be happy to pay it to you for your troubles .


I will be happy to travel to a foreign location , if there is an option for euthanasia or if you know some medical professional , who will in lieu of money, assist me in dying. I am in terrible pain, suffering , I beg all of you, anyone here, kindly help me . I just want to die in peace.

sorry to hear all your suffering. I have plenty of health issues (including bladder / pelvic issues too) and I'm eligible for assisted suicide in Switzerland. I think you have good chances to be eligible too. I'm open for euthanasia questions by DM.

I'm so sorry to hear about your plight.
However, site rules do not allow to suggest any method. So, that you'll have to figure out by yourself from the post given by @Praestat_Mori .
Besides, I'm sorry to break this to you, there's no painless way available to us. The ones that we can do have some level of preparation, planning and discomfort. That's why all of us are alive till now or else we would be gone by now.

Go through the resources on this site, and see which method fits your situation the best.

As I live with my parents, the only method that fits my situation is the SN method and that has quite some significant discomfort and pain in the process. And needs proper planning to execute the protocol.
So, if I have easy access to SN, I'll have to choose SN method for myself.

OD doesn't work unless you've got sufficient opioids. So, don't try to OD at all.. Google gives false information that OD on benzo and alcohol could lead to death. If it was true, I would be dead decades ago
Also as u are willing to travel to foreign location, if you can connect with Nembutal sellers in Peru and convince them to sell it to you, Peru could be a good place to travel. The only catch is to find a source of N in Peru. That in itself is a herculean task.
