Venting Please give me the confidence to cbt

Hello im 22 years old, living in canada as an international student, so basically to sum it up I dont wanna live anymore, i tried stabbing myself but my SI kicks in everytime, I have a 2-3 friends here but they don't understand me and they're busy with their own work. I'm just here to vent and look for methods i wanna die so badly. Everything sucks for me now like nothing interests me anymore, I have no hobbies, no relationships and I'm ready to go as soon as I'm confident with a method

I don't think anyone here is going to encourage you to kill yourself.

There's a void in my life that can never be filled, no matter how hard I try, I always end up in the same place so I might ctb cbt im not sure of the word, but I will do it soon cause I don't want to disappoint my family and myself anymore, Im a huge pile of mess
