Plastic bag over the head

Has anyone tried to ctb by putting a plastic bag over the head? I thought about it, maybe together with tightening it with a scarf to cut of the air

It is impossible because of the SI.

I'd imagine my SI would make me tear a hole in the bag to be honest. If your hands were tied and the bag was tied around your neck, maybe it would work?

OK I tried it. Had a small plastic bag on and tightened it with a scarf. After a short time I started fainting a bit. Maybe I could combine it with partial

I tried this method. Its not very reliable. Its also not very comfortable.
