SN is arriving today, I decided I would use zolpidem in place of benzos, and regarding the antiemetics, I don't have any. I'm thinking on fasting for 16 hours(I assume fasting is so the SN gets in your bloodstream quicker, but does it have anything to do with reducing the chances of vomiting?) then taking zolpidem about 30 minutes before the SN then taking 17 grams since I'm 106 lbs.

ive seen people say a 6-8hr food fast (water is fine) is optimal. i think this window reduces the chance of vomiting, too long of a fast can be counterproductive.

Too long a fast leads to too much acid in the stomach, which is the reason why it's counterproductive. Don't forget no liquids in the last two hours. If you can wait another week or two, antiemetics can be found online without prescription if you know where to look.

Yeah I'll go with the standard fasting time. Also about the antiemetics are you talking about the DH? Because that place has been a scam for me before. Even if not, I doubt there's any online from the US, I could be wrong though. I have until two weeks to CTB, and this sn took 5 weeks I think, I can't even imagine how long antiemetics would. If I were to ask from where I can get them online in the us would it be another puzzle like the DSL?..
