I think I'm having a weird phase. I go to bed way later than usual and I wake up 12 hours later, exhausted. Im actually getting hungry for once and I hate it, I can barely remember a thing or what day it is, and I don't even want to hang out with my best friend. usually her and I hang out every day but I just cant handle being around anyone. its just too tiring. what do I do???

i understand, i'm in something very similar right now. listen to your body and let yourself move through this as smoothly as you can (i know it's difficult). if you're hungry, it's okay to eat. maybe having a calendar by your bed would help you keep track of time, or keeping a journal (kind of cliche advice, i know, but even if you don't write anything significant it reminds you to track your entries). i know how crazy you can feel when you don't know what time it is, or when you're just so exhausted of everyone you feel like you can't move... recharge your social battery and let yourself rest.. if this isolation/heavy sleeping pattern still really persistent, and clear that it's a bout of depression, try low-effort physical/mental activities and build ur way up. or setting an alarm over the course of a few days to force your body into a more regular sleep schedule. i know how difficult it is, i'm there too. you got this
(apologies if you didn't want positive/recovery advice, and you can ignore if so).

Sounds like depression? Either way, I'm in a similar boat. I used to wake up early and not have an appetite.

These days, I'm eating so much (and I'm obsessed with candy), there's no way I'm not gaining weight. And my sleep schedule is fucked. I woke up at like 3pm today.
