people talk so casually about obtaining meto and benzos for SN protocol... i don't get how it seems to be so easy for many people

i would really like to do SN, but omg i'm really stuck with it, because i have no idea how to get the other substances...
and the fact it has to be specific brands and shit, that just makes it even harder.

I think the biggest thing is having an antiemetic. I think meto is preferred because its a dopamine blocker but other people have just used OTC stuff. I'm not sure what the purpose of the benzos is.

for benzos look into research chemical benzos on reddit, and there are subreddits for them. you can usually find a source after digging through the posts and looking at the names/acronyms that are clear web sources

edit: i just don't recommend trying them and getting addicted before lol. that's what happened to me i found them for the purpose of ctb then tried them for anxiety and depression. it was better for a bit then i quit and a year later im back here. i wish i did it a year ago nothing changed. that's just my personality though. i'm trying to buy opiates to ctb with, but a small part of me is still telling me like ooo try them for fun they'll give you reasons to live lol

I think I may just rawdog the SN (LMAO). According to a few threads on here, it's been done before. I think without any of the other drugs, the primary concern outside of acquiring and ingesting the SN itself is fasting and having the willpower to overcome SI throughout the process of feeling your body succumb to lethal poisoning in real time.

According to the PPH, following the recommended protocol will guarantee death within around 40 minutes. Without the other drugs, I'm blind guessing it could take like 2 hours to die.

Remember that the benzos are a luxury, not a necessity for SN. They're in no way required, so if you can't get them, no worries. With AEs, as someone else said meto is preferred but people have used basically every other I can think of. Over here in the US there's one that's OTC that people have used... but also in general AEs are incredibly easy to get prescribed, especially if your doctor knows you have other medical conditions like migraines.

From my understanding, that's not how it works at all. The benzos don't aid SN, they just keep you calm/in a deep sleep. If you're using meto it MIGHT make things go slightly faster since it increases gastric emptying, but it's really just so you don't throw it all up and have to drink another glass lol. Should still take the usual 20-40 minutes on its own!

yes it's very crazy loll. especially bc i just bought like 300 dollars worth of btc to buy an opiate to od, but i bought a benzo bc ive been taking them the last couple months again. and somehow started thinking today they'll fix me even though i took so much last night and just cried sm about how i looked and wanted to die.

i bought it literally after that comment and feel sooooo dumb. tbh, my main reason for wanting to ctb is my looks/transitioning, and you can't have surgeries if you're addicyed to benzos. so now i'm trying to have some hope again lol for life, and stop benzos. and yeah i basically wasted 400 dollars over the past week after quitting my job a few days ago too.

i started Prozac a week ago so maybe im bipolar which me and my sister have thought or just got some bad side effects

Thanks for your reply. I knew benzos were just to help knock the user out, but I guess I overestimated the effects of the antiemetic. This is relieving to hear. I think then that without the antiemetic, the priority should go to preparing multiple cups in case of vomiting.
