Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

ive been trying partial, ive bent down for over two minutes counting and its not working. i cant find my carotid arteries. do you think its better for me to try full suspension? the same way with a belt over a door but high enough for full? i have plenty of time i should have an hour or two
yes i am on medication, and my family does know. ive tested just like swinging on the belts and its stayed put. i am 111 pnds and pretty small so i really dont think the belt is the problem

I've had to give up on hanging, since I have an "incompatible neck", as someone once put it. My adams apple is in the way and I just end up feeling like my throat is being crushed. I wanted to use partial as a back up after ingesting SN, and I may still try using something REALLY thin like a telephone cable. At this point, I would recommend something 5mm or less for partial, as it is bound to be more effective than a thick rope.
I don't get how you hang partially suspended , if you have your feet on the ground wouldn't SI kick in and wouldn't you just end up standing up anyway ?
