Should this work? The loop is suspended 3 feet 7 inches(bottom) to 4 feet 9 inches(top). I weigh about 145-150 pounds 5'7..My neck is much smaller than the loop.

As long as is tight enough and you can somehow "float" on that height, it should work
The real issue most of the time is having the will power to go through it, I would worry about that first.
