it would if you make it look like an accidental autoerotic asphyxiation death. IMO that is the perfect way to CTB and make it look like an accident

But isn't autoerotic asphyxiation done while partially suspended? If you did it full suspension, you potentially wouldn't be able to free yourself.

It is while partially suspended and they often put a lemon in their mouth. The idea is that you bite down on the lemon if you begin to blackout and it provides a mild resuscitation type response.

Never tried this as it's not my cup of tea. But I've read enough stories of this going wrong.

Yes, there was a UK MP years ago (name escapes me) found hanging after what appears to have been an autoerotic asphyxiation adventure, so not CTB, and he had an orange in his mouth. Not a lemon then but it seems to confirm the citrus fruit thing.
