Part 2 - Fucking christmas is here

So I got all the shit I expected from all the horrible people that hate me. I also got all the fucking small talk I expected.

At some point, the talk of course turned to politcs and that "disgusting type of people". They started talking about "pedophiles" (gay people) and "apes" - (they call people of color like that). Thank god, they don't know I am gay. I was so sickened by how can somebody speak about other people like that, that I had to go hide on a toilet for a while. But I must go now, because they are calling after me :(

I also got another socks, boxers and crappy mugs. I don't want to sound spoiled. I am grateful for everything I own, because I know it is a privilige to even have christmas. I am just saddened by the fact that these strangers called "family" don't even know me. That's fine though, we don't have a good relationship, so I am not dissapointed.

How did it turn out for you? I hope you at least enjoyed the food (I sure did).

As for how my day went, it's almost twelve and I already hate it. My brother said he wished I were dead, and my parents were arguing. Can't wait for this year to be over

That sounds even worse than my situation. I am really sorry. New year's eve is my most favourite holiday, so I hope it goes well too. Take care.

I got no gifts from anyone, and my 8 year old has been rage tantruming all morning because I had to ask him and his sister to stop fighting twice and they didn't listen till tv went off. Their dad will pick them up in a couple hours and they'll be gone for two days, yay Christmas.

My family gathering is ongoing, as I am writing this. (We have a tradition to all meet up at 25th)

My two uncles got Raffaelo and one of them got a smaller one because, and I quote my mother "you are too fat, so enjoy that you got any Raffaelo at all hahahah". And everybody except that one uncle laughed. Like hahahaha, that's very funny making fun of someone like that, especially on christmas. I am very slim, so I was never made fun of like that, but I can guess how he might be feeling.

I had pity party for one. But now that I have read this, maybe that wasn't so bad?

As for the food, I baked an acorn squash, a poblano pepper, whole onions, sauteed some leeks and mushrooms as a garnish. It was okay. Leftovers tonight. Meh to my own cooking but at least I am warmly sheltered, fed, and not having to defend against family.

I think I would even love to spend christmas with strangers from this site. Better than this...
For one, I would love to taste your acorn squash :) Maybe you are too hard on yourself and need someone to appreciate your cooking!
