Paracetamol/Tylenol

if that's the only option you have then don't do it right now. not only will it not kill you, it may cause long term organ damage that will leave you worse off than before, and probably thrown in the loony bin for awhile

i know it sucks but this is really not a good method. i tried. doesn't work and will be extremely painful. it's best not to do anything impulsive like that.

Of people who try to ctb with Paracetamol, under 0,1% die to it. This is less than people dying to fruit falling from a tree, just for perspective. However, it will quite reliably give you pain. I am sure you are trying to escape the pain you are already suffering.

Please try not to add to the pain you are already feeling. I know it must be hard, and I wish you all the strength in the world.

I have ODed on Tylenol many times, more so as a teenager than as an adult. I can say from personal experience that it is not a reliable method to ctb. It is good though if you want to make a suicidal gesture to get attention or get some help. It is harmful just enough to get you in the hospital but not enough to leave permanent damage (depending how much you take!!) I've taken between 25-40 extra strength Tylenol but just had to drink charcoal and IV fluids then I was fine with no liver damage. I've also done like 20 T3s but I threw up before they could do any damage.

TLDR: Tylenol will not work to ctb, will only make you feel shittier than you already do.
