Short story. I woke up and pretty much immediately I started spiraling in thoughts. I couldn't think of anything for more than a second. I couldn't breathe right, the only thing I had since waking up was my meds but wanted to vomit, and my hr was up. I was in like a pseudo paralysis like I could move my muscles if I wanted to but I just couldn't get the desire to. So I layed flat on the floor. I don't really have a good sense of how much time was passing but I fell asleep. No nightmare. Woke up now and not in panic anymore but that sucked. First time I fell asleep from a panic attack. Has anyone experienced something like this?

I have, yeah. It's a panic attack. It sucks, though medicine does tend to help with them for many people.

I actually feel really good now lmao. So weird. I thought maybe I passed out but internet says that's rare. But I had just woken up so I wasn't sleepy. I was in bed tho so maybe I was coming off of it and fell asleep. I don't remember that part.

What a horrible experience! It might have been sleep paralysis (because you mentioned feeling pseudo-paralyzed) combined with a panic attack. The good thing is that you're okay now.

I can move if I wanted to but it's kinda hard takes a lot of effort so maybe paralysis isn't the right word. I've felt really not depressed for the rest of the day though. I don't know what to think when I can think clearly and felt really empty. :/

I understand that feeling; sometimes I feel strange when the depression or anxiety disappears out of nowhere. I think it's a rebound effect. At least for me, when I have moments of clarity, I usually try to take advantage of them because I experience them as a breath of fresh air amidst so much, even though I know I'll probably be feeling bad again the next day.
