Does anyone else suffer from frequent panic attacks? I sometimes get an impulsive urge to hurt myself during these episodes, but so far I've managed to keep myself under control. I start hyperventilating and sweating and it feels like my heart is pounding out of my chest. I take a 2,5mg Olanzapine every time I start panicking and it does a good job at relieving the symptoms.
