Does anyone know anything about paliperidone as an effective antiemetic for SN? One of the guides said it would work but I was wondering if there was any additional information available

Paliperidone? Wasn't this him?
Stan's Guide lists paliperidone (Invega) as being one of the 13 antipsychotic medications that does provide antiemetic effects, so you should be fine with it. Do note, however, that you need to be on these type of medications regularly for them to build up levels and provide an antiemetic effect.
