Help Painless methods if N and SN are not available in my country?

Any painless methods if N and SN are not available? I don't think I'll be able to do night-night, charcoal, or exit bag...

search the web for "the holy trinity" (drugs)
something to consider. maybe in conjunction with a bag over the head, in order to run out of oxygen while unconscious
