No. That's painful 😣 if you jump make sure your not surviving, if you survive I believe that would be more tormented life to live.

I guess if your desperate for a method, this is just my opinion don't eat or drink I believe you will surely catching the bus.

Do you have any money? If you could just rent an apartment for yourself for 1-2 months you could do starvation there. If you don't have any money or autonomy, it is unfortunately harder to kill yourself. Still doable, but requires more courageous methods such as jumping or cutting, and even those rely on being able to get away from your parents. Also hanging is a good one

For me personally, SI was a fucker (I also have a fear of heights that I found added to the overwhelm).
I hadn't actually intended on jumping when I went, I just got massively triggered being there and having found the spot and worked it all out. Unfortunately I didn't manage to get through the SI and jump.
I will be meditating on the thought of stepping off the edge calmly before returning to the location to jump.
I'm also debating using some VR to train myself to stay calm and in control when at height- that may sound strange but I feel like it will help me somewhat.
All the best.

I jumped. Survived unfortunately. There is no pain when you crush it's just an instant blackout. But make sure it is above 10th floor on concrete.

Jumping may well be very painful but I think once concussion takes place the jumper won't feel anything. What about jumping after a lengthy period of starvation so that the body is too weak to sustain the damage? Are there any examples of jumping with a noose on the neck?

5th floor of a building but on a grass. Big mistake. Too low and this fucking grass
Dude, that is roughhhh. You must have big balls though. If I jumped I would definitely try for at least a 10-story. Jumping takes balls to me, respect. It seems like a very thrilling method, but requires a lot of bravery, much respect. Will you try again?

It is true you must be brave in order to do so.
10th floor is required if you ever wanna try.
No I will not try again to jump because after all it is a very violent method and the damage that happens with your body is sickening. I was not even aware that a person is able to survive in such a horrific state. My life is now over if I even would go wish to return to anything. I am gonna to ctb but this time I am collecting necessary substances and knowledge.
And to mention one important thing. No matter which method you chose. Just execute it perfectly. Because when it cames to our society there is no mercy if you survive failed ctb. No matter in how bad condition your body will end society will ignore it and tell you you should keep going and enjoy your life. There is a very little compassion to suffering in our world.
