one problem: my gf

I've seriously considered just doing an eternal sleep for a while now. Life is simply shit and I can't take this anymore. The problme is i have a gf that I don't want to leave behind. She's in another country and it doesn't feel like we're gonna meet any time soon because of my stupid family and my stupid country. I love her, but the pain my situation and everything produces me is more strong I think. Is it worth leaving her and just die?

If you truly feel something anchoring you to life, explore it. Try to exhaust all your options before ctb. If it doesn't work out, you will at least have the solace you strived for something better.

It is your life and your decision. You have the right to exit at a time of your own choosing and only you know when it is time to leave. I understand it is hard to carry on when you cannot take it anymore, eternal sleep is also what I want. It really can be horrible being alive. I wish you the best, whatever happens.

Yeah this one is tough.

I struggle to imagine how hard it would be for my partner if I do commit. They're not aware of my active ideation, so it would be a shock.

Sometimes when I'm really suicidal, I get a euphoric feeling thinking about people talking about my suicide. As if finally I get the attention I desire. But then again, life moves on and people forget you and your existence. Wait. That seems to have already happened and I'm not even dead yet. Cool. So why the hell are you living anymore deathbyginger.
