Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I don't understand. Why me? Why almost everytime I ask for support with a problem that's destroying me do they go into attack mode? Do all British people have this cruel side when they go online to attack suffering people??

yea reddit sucks these days. i bet some of them are bots. a lot of big subreddits just hate when u ask questions. however the context is that searching up something isnt as effective as it was 10 years ago because of AI, censorship, and SEO abuse. people rely on reddit for questions and answers. its not just british people, its just people are hostile and/or bots these days. what kind of problems are you having that you;re not sure of if you're comfortable to state?

It's not British people. Reddit is just a toxic shithole of a platform. Don't internalize that and think it's your fault, or think that reddit is representative of British people or whatever. And definitely don't go there when you're not feeling well and seeking commiseration or useful advice.

Most social media is extremely toxic like that. Really sorry that happened to you. witchcraft has the right idea though. Subreddits of all things aren't representitive of real people.

And sadly it goes full circle where AI favours quantity over quality - something repeated or debated (falsely) loads on somewhere like reddit/socials (and yes SEO abuse/clickbait is huge too) gets churned out as an AI answer over something said once by a very trusted/verifiable source.
Like media using each other's papers/articles as their references in a circular closed loop that has no initial true 'source'.
Its defo the system that is faulty, not you. I'm sorry you've felt personally attacked by it.
