OD'ing on alcohol in a nice quiet forest

Hey all, i have been thinking about posting on this forum for a long time now. I live in the netherlands and one of the places that just sound wonderful to me is the black forest in Germany, i know it's quite a distance but im willing to travel a few hours to get to such a beautiful place(i've been there once, i pretty much know what it is like). I have been thinking how to do it(the big question). Now i already got a bad heart from my self destructive habits, but i don't know how to finish myself off. I was thinking, would an alcohol overdose do the trick? I don't want to bother anyone anymore on this planet, including myself, and i want people to stop wasting time on me. Any reactions would be appreciated.
Fuck, i was just thinking, an alcohol overdose would probably put you in a coma before it'll kill you. I don't want brain damage fuck

I'm sorry you're contemplating such things, but welcome to the best forum for doing that. I agree with your conclusion that alcohol isn't a reliable way to commit suicide. Have you had a look through the Resource Compendium near the top of the forum? It's full of educational links about methods.

Its good u r researching , but let me give u a heads up .. Alcohol od will not kill u.... U will probably lose consciousness and throw up . but dying is a very long shot... There r lots of other methods in the resource section u may choose from ... But ur choice of location- black forest is very interesting.

Thank you, i appreciate your response! This definitely changed my mind, alcohol od is too unreliable. And i was thinking, if you are really going to end it yourself, might aswell choose a nice remote location.

I'm sorry about your daughter. She was killed in 'these' woods, was it the woods i was talking about? I would think this through though if i were you. I got a lot of comments that really changed my mind about this.
