• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

Does anybody feel like they dont actually own anything? All of the good parts of life just get hogged by the richer and smarter. Idk.

Im going to college but it really feels so pointless. Im paying for it and everything but It feels pointless. All of this education and i still see people with degrees/training/experience out in the road begging.

I also find it ironic that some people criticize the act of suicide like the people owe life gratitude or something. Suicide is devastating and i wouldnt wish it on anybody but can you really blame a person for being pushed so hard over the edge?

Anyways just venting

You're not entirely wrong about "not owning everything" it's quite abstract and moreso a human societal concept rather than a inherently natural one.

That's why I think you should try to focus on doing things for you, and because you want to achieve them, anything can feel pointless when you don't do it out of genuine joy or interest. It's true that with this modern world, college preparation doesn't assure a better job position, but learning is also kind of a privilege and I think it makes life a bit worthwhile. Do it because it's your life and because that's what you'd like to achieve, for yourself.

Maybe this isn't the time to add this comment, but I wish I was in college right now instead of my bed. It's not being able to work and study that contributes to my declining mental state. Try to make the most out of it, I hope it gets better for you soon ❤️

Thanks i read your reply now and it was very considerate. Its true ive been a bit aimless and frankly a bit ungrateful. I know you didnt say that but its something thats been on my mind. A lot of people would kill for the opportunity i took im just stuck in the past with a lot of regret on my mind i have nightmares a lot and i isolate myself. I dont even like what im studying for but i never liked anything.
