Help Not sure what to do

I'm only able to ctb in my bedroom, so is it possible to hang myself while sitting down or is there another way?

I've read it's possible but there's a risk that your unconscious body will move and lessen pressure (can also unconsciously stand up?) Some say it might be best to do it while standing up to lessen the risk
