Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

As the title says I'm looking for infos about self supporting bars: I don't trust pull up bars on the door for hanging and I woud like to avoid installing a bar on the wall. I saw that there are premium (200-300 euros) self supporting bars that can handle a lot of weight (like 250 kgs). What really worries me are the involuntary movements (like in circle) the body does during the hanging, because as far as I understood the athletes use these bars only for perpendicular movements (even in the so called aerial yoga, don't know what it is).
Another thing I read is that to improve stability you could place sand bags at the base of the structure. By the way I'm quite short and thin (1.70 meters and 60 kgs) which could help.
Other than this, I think the only possibility is mounting a proper bar to a wall right? Or are there other sport/house tools that one could leverage? My house like many others doesn't have reliable hanging points as you can guess.
Opinions?
