• Hey Guest,

We wanted to share a quick update with the community.

Our public expense ledger is now live, allowing anyone to see how donations are used to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

As the title states. I've been holding it in for so long that it's driving me crazy .
So I have a relative who's really young , elementary school age . My little cousin sustained a traumatic brain injury and is in a vegetative state, it's been almost a year. I visit often and it triggers me . It infuriates me how my other family members are okay with keeping him like this . It takes everything in me to not speak my mind in respect to his parents. He is unable to walk, talk, or express himself . He only reacts to pain from his limbs and muscles being so tight from his inability to make purposeful movements . I know letting go and the concept of death is hard for most to digest , but essentially he is gone . Being forced to exist via feeding tube .
Am I thinking irrationally ?

I don't think you're being irrational at all. People are selfishly and callously keeping him alive because THEY can't handle the loss.

Of course you are not thinking irrationally, that sounds awful what he is going through. I believe that it is cruel forcing someone to live when they have no quality of life.

Nope. Why do people value quantity, rather than quality, when it comes to life?

Thank you all for your input , i just had to let it out. I think it's so fucking selfish . What pisses me off the most is when they say "God has a plan for him" or my favorite, it's "God's will" . I want to punch them in their face . They just seem so damn delusional , it's sickening .
