Help No SN protocol

Hey, guys. I don't have an SN protocol. I will just drink it, and get under my blankets. Can lying flat make me more likely to vomit? Should I be near the bathroom? I don't want to wake anybody up.

Please keep in mind that without anti-emetic you are likely to vomit. Be prepared, and make sure you have a backup drink ready.

Also remember that vomiting is rather loud, something to consider if you are not alone.

I think given the circumstances, it would be best to step away from this and reset for now, you've already been through so much as it is over the last few days, let alone the last few weeks.
