Hey all. Just wanted to say even though we don't know each other face to face, you have all been what I could consider friends more than anyone irl. Maybe that sounds silly but I am grateful for this community

Yes, yes! I'm very grateful to this community's kindness and I've never seen more compassion on the internet besides this place. Everyone's so understanding and even though there's bad apples here and there, overall it's a very nice place to be and feel heard. I'm blessed to be considered a friend despite never having met!

Same! I have literally NOBODY irl who I can even mention it to. Everyone is walking for prevention and stuff and I'm like um... that's not fair. There is no cure for my psychiatric disabilities so is that not considered a terminal illness? I guarantee it will kill me someday one way or another!
