Really? From what I've read they've righted up restrictions. Like if you try and buy right from a supplier. My friend ctb using this method 10 years ago and I would've wanted the same, just thought you needed some sort of gas handling certification. Where you buying from?
There are no restrictions in the US to buy filled Nitrogen tanks
