Newbie - N from “D” with z@

I have used the search but haven't been able to find clear info.

I emailed both N from "A" (.com & .ch) and N from "D" (ends with a "z" before the @).

No response from "A", but did get a response from "D" with z.

1) Do we know if "D" with a z is reliable?

2) If the N from "A" email address on the PPH is no longer valid, can you point me towards getting the new email?

3) What is the best (most updated) resource to find a valid N supplier at this time?

About A, you reached the old Protonmail addresses which are no longer in use.
1) From past records, not as much. Been scammed by him once in the past. Wondered why he revealed that B=D since his reputation has not been stellar with consistency
