I'm literally shaking, when I clicked on the video I did not at all expect what I was about to see. The video references "chemical X" and a lawsuit against the Jungle for selling it, and "website X" on which people are taught how to use "chemical X". The video didn't name anything explicitly and blurred images... but I think this should be very very clear to us what this means. The video is a fundraiser for a preventionist organization. The video strongly pushes the narrative of SS forcing people towards suicide, all death-culty and fear mongering.

I am VERY scared right now because the youtuber is a guy with about half a million subscribers who is pushing this info onto a wide audience, which is dangerous to us and our sources. It was honestly quite shocking to me to see SS come up while randomly watching youtube videos... and yeah. I'm scared.

Here's the vid, it was uploaded about 2 days ago:

I think this video has already been shared many times on the forum. But that type of thing is just pro life nonsense. By trying to remove method options all that they are doing is making it so people die a more painful suicide. If some people want to live then that is their decision but they shouldn't try and force others to.

There is no benefit to suffering until old age for me. Pro life content doesn't even make me feel scared as it's not surprising to me. A lot of people are ignorant to the cruel reality of existence, they don't want to accept that life can get that bad, but the truth is that it really can, and some people simply just don't want to be here. For many people ctb is the preferable option and there is nothing wrong with that.

F*ck pro lifers who have never struggled a day before in their life and that push pro life propaganda which in turn, makes it harder for people who truly know what suffering is to leave this world in a diginified way.

There is no reason to be scared, even if SN were to be restricted, there are other peaceful methods that cannot be restricted. I actually wouldn't mind if SN became less popular, because I think there are better methods that are being overlooked.

What I'm scared of is that they continue to advertise this site and SN, at this point I don't know if they really are clumsy people who want to raise awareness or simply want to gain views using "juicy" and exaggerated content, when you advertise it that way, the suicide rate goes up, simply because you make your audience aware that's an option.

This is a community made up of depressed people more focused on killing themselves or coping with their lives and improving it, if sites like this disappear they'll just make us have to resort to even more brutal methods.
