Method new here please help

hello, i'm a new member here who's been lurking for a while. i got out of the ward a few months ago, things seemed to be better, but i've started feeling awful again. my first attempt was by cutting my wrist, i've also tried to od on benadryl and hang myself. none of the methods worked, and i'm not willing or able to buy anything illegal. that said, i'm considering ctb by carbon monoxide poisoning. would that be effective/how long would it take?

Hi dear, welcome to the forum. I'm sorry for everything you've been through, I imagine it must be hard for you. Monoxide is effective when you reach the right concentration in the air. We start from 400 ppm and go up for increasingly rapid effects. If you reach good concentrations above 10,000 ppm you can avoid many problems and die sooner. The hard part is achieving those concentrations and maintaining them until the lethal outcome is achieved.

Just sitting in your car won't accomplish anything. You can sit there all day and nothing will happen. You have to do the set up, hose, towels, seal gaps and holes, etc. Also, newer cars don't put out CO like the older models do(though it can still be deadly).

Yeah cutting your wrist and taking dph aka benadryl is a harder way to ho that takes a lot to do. You have to cut extremely deep and or take like 200 or more pulls and you'll be I'm pain the whole time as you slowly die.
I've had a dealing with both methods and its absolute hell the further you go with it .
You should look at the list of methods on this website and do some research before you make a decision on how you Ctb. There are plenty of non illegal ways to go and if you need anyone to discuss these topics please reach out .

To determine the concentration of carbon monoxide (CO) in the air with mathematical precision, it is necessary to use calibrated sensors and specific monitoring instruments, such as gas detectors. Lethal concentrations of CO are generally found between 1,000 and 10,000 PPM (parts per million). At 1,000 PPM, symptoms begin to appear within a short time, while at 10,000 PPM, exposure can cause irreversible health damage and death within minutes. These measurements must be done in safe environments, without exposing any individual to the risk of poisoning. The car runs fine, but you have to produce this monoxide inside the car. Maybe your car produces enough and you already know how to know if it's enough. Otherwise you will have to fill the car with some other method. When you have reached the right concentration, simulate entering the car by opening the door. Then close it and continue observing the detectors (from the outside). Check that you can maintain lethal concentrations for at least an hour.
With a four-hour exposure to 10,000 PPM of carbon monoxide, death is virtually guaranteed. At this concentration, asphyxia caused by the inability of the blood to carry oxygen becomes fatal relatively quickly. The longer the exposure period, the greater the likelihood that the body will fail to survive, so four hours at this concentration is far more than enough to cause death. Obviously it is not worth surviving because the damage is horrible for the body. Sometimes it is better to spend a few hundred euros more to do the tests, rather than venture into the unknown without exact data. Now you just need to know how to produce that concentration (10,000 ppm for at least an hour) or higher concentration while ensuring you don't get caught.

This probably isnt my place, but please please get off this site dear. I promise I was in your position once too, but you have no idea what life will look like once you are an adult. LOTS of things can change.
