how do i say goodbye to someone discretely?
i have a complex history with this person. i dont want them to blame themselves and i just wanna say goodbye,
are there any options?
can i send some post on instagram, any suggestions..?
btw they do kinda know that i am depressed

If you want to be criptic, send an image with quote like the ones from tumblr. Or send a lyric quote that represents the situation.
If you want to be clear, maybe write something yourself with a goodbye.
