Don´t do this, is really slow and you will die in agony (but only if you fix your hands that you are not able to pull the bag from your head in agony)

I suggest you take some time in order to get a better method and plan or check the partial hanging thread here on this forum. There's lot of info and you can even use a necktie.I cannot recommend a plastic bag - too much can go wrong and its not very lethal and reliable. Depending on where you live either N, SN or partial suspension are the most reliable ways to go.Similar threads
