It's too weak it's too weak it's too weak. The hook and rope will not have enough leverage or tensile strength to hold you while not trying to pull that hook out the frame. It needs a better anchor point or you have to reinforce it. If you weight 125 Lbs or +, the rope is too thin and will struggle to have strength to choke you. When you are tensing or losing signs of life, your body goes dead weight. That means you will be heavier than alive because your scale weight doesn't factor in variables.
With the hanging, you are relying on the downward force of gravity and the ropes tension around the neck. With thin rope like that, you'll feel it tug at the neck, burn the skin, so more downward force needed to constrict the trachea.
You would have better success buying a pull up bar that goes on a door frame, climbing rope, and using that as a set up.
They also sell bungee cords, carabiners, climbing rope in sportings good store, better quality and won't break your wallet, that would do better than this rope.
