Great idea!
I did 25 minutes of exercising early this morning, then ate a healthier breakfast than I usually do. I scubbed the bathtub; cleaning always makes me feel better. I was able to get a couple of hours of sleep and watched an old movie.

5 things in a day??? Damn I wish I could get that much. For me it's more like 5 things a week but I'm glad I can feel anything, at least.

I enjoyed feeding peanuts to crows in the park today, though. Also I got a small dog plushie keychain a few days ago and I still feel like I'm kinda enjoying carrying him around lol

Worked in my garden.

Got the living room cleaned out so my contractor can do some stuff for me.

Played with the new puppy (and the OGs) -- just getting everyone used to each other still.

Got a few more plants for my indoor aviary I am building. Want to get some zebra finches.

Uhmmm, I think that is it. Probably finish binge-watching BreakingBad. I never watch shows when they are popular. Lol

slept a lot of today, but at least the sleep was nice.
got to cuddle with my dog (she's usually on the edge of the bed, but lately has wanted to cuddle c:)
cleaned some dishes.
made some homemade food for once after i did the dishes.
was able to join this site and whipped up a quick drawing for once for it, too, yay!

actually, this did help a little bit. i felt like i did nothing today but i did do some things. thanks :)

I'm super sick, but I let myself sleep in this morning, and I ended up feeling a lot better today.

Finally declaring my major, which will hopefully alleviate some stress LOL.

Got coffee from my favorite local shop.

Had my favorite class, Creative Writing. I love workshopping everyone's poetry.

My friends dragged me to dinner after lecture and I went with it. I don't like them very much (I feel like I can't have serious convos with them), but today, I decided to not think about it and I actually had a pretty alright time :)

I don't know about 5 but there's 1 thing i liked doing.

I draw often So today I started drawing my favorite character. I've been overly attached to that character for a very long time now (3-4 years) it's a very embarrassing thing. I'm also afraid of messing up especially because it's my favorite character but it'll be decided in the final product. Such a childish activity I'm aware haha.

I am laying on the sofa with my new puppy and 2 OG dogs are sound asleep on me while I listen to the weather and watch the cats laze around on their cat tower. The 2 OGs got out a bit earlier so I took a walk around the block with the neighbor girls to round the little stinkers up. I have to say the joy on their faces and they RUN around and back and forth teasing us makes it really hard to be mad at them. It is fucking adorable! Lol

There is a pretty strong front blowing in so my pain levels have been pretty bothersome but a dose of ketamine has helped. I think I will have a bowl of soup and put on my PJs and call it a night. It feels good to just be lazy every once in a while.

Tomorrow a friend is coming over to rototill a pretty good sized spot in the front yard so I can dig out the grass, lay down some river stones for a border and plant a pollinator garden. I love those old-fashioned cottage gardens and hope to have the foundation plantings in the front and back yard by the end of the summer.

I went to Graceland, in Tennessee for the first time and I saw Elvis's house, went in his plane, saw some of his museums and some of his outfits, really cool stuff!
But anyways here's my 5 things :)
1) Recognizing Elvis's story and his generosity throughout his life
2) I saw an outfit with the rock and Q from impractical jokers wore (idk why it was in the museum but it was still funny)
3) From time to time reading self help guides and reflecting
4) Weather was nice
5) My mom checked up on me which made me feel significant even tho I have some emotional blunting
Mostly the reflecting helps a lot, I rly just need to keep it up so I can help myself with my mental needs, even though yea it sounds stupid and meaningless to focus on silly mental things and feelings but I feel like it's necessary b/c it helps me accept the past and focus on moving on.
Also thanks for posting this and I hope things are going well for ya too , Stay amazing to whoever's reading this :>
