I'm going soon with N, and although I'm grateful to have access to such a peaceful way out, I'm very nervous. I'm aware there's threads about it but I just wanted to know if anyone had any advice about the regimen. Does anyone know if stans guide for SN be relevant? Or if there's a better regimen I should stick to. Also I'm just anxious to not feel so alone in all this
