So my initial method was an overdose and a jump from somehwere, i was so set on it.
I was impatient in hospital for 7 weeks over xmas and couldn't get on this site unless i utilised my leave while there. I then tried to get back on when i arrived home but found the site down, just re found it now via the one place thats trying to shut it down, the irony..
Anyway while i was in hospital personal things went to shit. I was self harming and due to not having anything to cut with at one point i resorted to strangulation via a noose. I spent hours strangling myself to the point my head felt it was about to expload and i felt like i was going to pass out. Im now actually thinking about hanging as a method, not full but partial.
I haven't looked all too much into it just yet but i plan to. Im also realising my time frame of asap isn't viable so im looking at a possible future date to set.
