Hoping you're doing as well as you want to be. Replying to see what may be in store for myself.

I am guessing that chugging the whole thing at once is key to losing consciousness in 10-15 minutes. Taking it sip by sip will just prolong the unpleasant effects.

I'm planning to CTB on January 23 using SN, without antiemetics.

The time of my CTB may be delayed by 2-3 hours, it depends when my family goes to sleep.

My Protocol:

January 23, 12:00 AM: Stop Eating
January 23, 11:00 PM: Stop Drinking
January 24, 12:15 AM: Take 600mg of Ibuprofen (without water)
January 24, 12:50 AM: Prepare 3 glasses of 25mg SN, mixed with 80ml water

January 24, 01:00 AM: Drink 1 glass of SN, lay down in bed with music


I'm pretty confident. I haven't vomited in years even after eating disgusting things, but it may be different with SN. That's why I'm going to prepare 3 glasses instead of 2.
I think having a positive mindset plays a big role, but I'm not an expert.

Literal pain is the thing I'm most worried about... I think I can manage this... I hope so...

How would we REALLY know especially if they were successful in CTB? I'm not disagreeing with you... My method of choice is sn if I could figure out how and where to buy it.

Can only feel pain when concious, so we can really know by hearin witness statements of people who were on the phone or in person with a person dyin of sn, or from the scene after (notes left, ideo recordins left, signs of them tryin to stop or lack thereoff)

Most of that is hidden from the public and expert statements contradict with some saying there were sins of pain and distress while others deny that. In my views; there will always be experts trying to discourage people from doing it by spreading doubt. The fact that there are also experts saying it is one of the best ways to do this to in my opinion can be read as account that this in all likeliness likely isn't painful.

tldr: out of experts who say there is a painless way, most agree that sn is one of those painless ways. To the public (us) that's the best source to base an opinion on.

Its totally understandable and nothing to be ashamed of to get scared and back out.

I hope you know it doesn't make you less valid or anything. its a big decision and should only be done when you're 10000% sure and ready.
