Three days ago, after being pushed to my breaking point at work, I came home and downed 2 glasses of water into which I poured some SN. Unfortunately, I also ate something in between glasses. Before long, I was projectile vomiting; but I also thought I had hit jackpot because--after the vomiting--my fingers, toes and even a few spots on my face had started to turn blue--I thought this was the mark of an unbeatable toxicity. In all my months of kind consuming little amounts of SN as a kind of self-harm/coping thing, Methemoglobinemia had finally set it!!!!! I started to feel extremely uncomfortable physically, very sweaty and cold--I took a bath to try to warm me up. Got out and had trouble walking because of the low blood pressure, even stumbled to the floor. Since then, over the course of the three days I've slowly but steadily started to feel more normal--about 90 percent although there is still some brain fatigue and a few minor physical aches.
I'm thinking things might have gone better if I had downed the glasses on an empty stomach. But I worry about going through the same days long physical misery if I try it again. I'm thinking of trying the detergent method in my car, with proper warning signs placed outside. I'm no longer concerned about making my method perfect, I just out of here.
