When someone is unconscious due to a substance like Xanax (alprazolam), the body's natural reflexes, including the gag reflex and the ability to vomit, are generally impaired or significantly weakened. Benzodiazepines like Xanax depress the central nervous system, which includes areas of the brain responsible for coordinating reflex actions such as vomiting.

The vomiting reflex involves several brain structures, particularly the medulla, which governs autonomic functions. While the gag reflex might still be physically possible, the ability to trigger a coordinated vomiting response is diminished in an unconscious state due to the CNS depression caused by the drug.

So my method for a painless SN CTB is actually very simple. Instead of drinking the water solution pill the SN into 30 or 1hr delayed release capsuls. These capsuls don't release slowly for a set period of time, they release all at the deadline once ur stomach eats the outer shell.

BENZOS!!! right after you take your pilled delayed release SN and your anti emetics you must take your Benzo and I suggest if Xanax, 40mg minimum. You want to be absolutely sure that when the effects start you're already unconscious. I would almost just say the more the better. Ibuprofen/sleep pills thrown into the mix wouldn't be a bad idea either I don't think.

I see this method as a far more humane (always unconscious no dealing with the 15min limbo) and possibly as effective method.

The goal is simply to delay the time frame of the SN so that your benzos can truly knock you out. If you did do as the OG method says and took your benzos at the same time, you would suffer the entire discomfort associated with SN before you pass out, only when youre unconscious do you get hit with the benzo, which is too late imho. People will say pilling makes the release slower regardless and this might be true, how I see it the tradeoff is that you're also less likely to through up when you're in a benzo coma

How do you make the capsules all release at once at a certain time, isn't it gradual? The SN has to flood your whole system at once in order to overwhelm your body's natural defense systems.
