This may sound Idiotic and pointless, but how many people would watch a show about someone (who is SPECIFICALLY, WHOLEY AFRAID of pain) who wants to die.
This mayyyy sounds like nobody wants this kind of thing to me, but I'm hoping that's because I've had a few drinks.
Either way, here are few of my phone notes about the idea:

Tv show where man wants to die in like a fantasy world, but specifically painlessly... he hates pain. In this world there is only one way to be sure that you will die painlessly. Whatever it is, the protagonist must go on a quest for it. Along the way he has to fight and 'make friends'. Either way, he trieshis hardest so as to not be hurt.

In the end, he makes it to the painless potion. The audience may think that he will have learnt to not want to die along the way, however, he still chooses to, he has made it clear all along.

Also in every single situation in which he needs to make a decision about whether to do something or be in pain, he always chooses the other thing. I.e not be in pain.

Maybe title is like "please, just let me go"

Or something like that.

Another point, The reason his entourage stick around (if he has one) is to teach him the "meaning of life", or because he has accidentally saved them, Kind of (possibly begrudgingly.... depending on how you feel about animal) like an anime. However, they either never do, or accept his wish for death.

Character design: He wears loads of blister plasters on the back of his heels, comfortable running shoes, and he wears gloves so he doesn't get static shocks. (Maybe more?)

He stays well exercised solely for
The purpose of defending himself and dodging out of the way of painful danger. He also carries around a big metal bar (or baseball bat?) and a sturdy backpack to defend himself with.
By ye way, because phone screens are small and my thumbs are big, the title is meant to say "feel free to post your own ideas" but my big and drunk thumbs pressed in the wrong place. Sorry!

Okay, that's certainly a peculiar idea!

I can only tell you that I once watched a person ctb on livestream and the ones watching were about 21 people.
None of them typed anything. We were just watching, astonished.

I guess a "suicide show" would be quite astonishing for humanity.

I certainly agree.
There are TV shows and movies I've seen that touch or focus on euthenasia, suicide and end of life, paddleton being one of my favourites.
I've just always loved the idea of the Audience rooting for the character to "get better" or "get help" but really the character gets what they wanted from the beginning... a peaceful, painless death (at least in this fantasy world)

Another title comes to mind, "No Pain, No Problem"

Interesting idea. I'd probably watch it tbh.
