I just constantly deal with SI, intrusive thoughts, rumination, derealisation, maladaptive daydreaming about ctb/sh. And it hurts me and anyone that dares to be close to me

Me to , I keep ruminating and thinking about ctbing all day and I'm depressed most of the time , I keep thinking I can't live like this anymore , anyway I hope you find peace
