My life is a nightmare

My life is just like a nightmare that I can't wake up from. Things just keep getting worse and worse. I feel like something badder going to happen soon and there's nothing I can do about. I'm helpless. I just desperately want to escape this hell but there's nothing I can do. I have no method that will work for me. I'm doomed.

I understand, it's just so cruel and dreadful to me how there's all this suffering in existing with no limit as to how much one can be tortured and it really sounds like you've suffered so much, I also just wish to be free from it all, all I want is to never suffer again and I see so much cruelty in how I cannot just access a painless guaranteed death, I hope you find the peace you search for, I wish you the best.

I feel like my life is a nightmare too. I have my son but I don't feel grateful that I have him left after everything has been destroyed. I just think of what's gone and I don't want to live anymore. I had it all...a great job, a lovely family, looks, a loving husband, my own house. And in the blink of an eye...all gone. Just gone. I'm all alone in a foreign country with nothing to live for... except for my son. But what can I give him when I'm empty
