my heart hurt when im sad

I feel very painful. It hurts too much... I am very tired. I just want to sleep. I haven't slept for 2 days, but the pain in my heart is persistent and unbearable... Now I have difficulty breathing and feel very anxious and panic. My hands are shaking. The pain lasted for four hours. I really want to die :(((((

Do you also feel heart pain when you are depressed?

When you say "pain in your heart," do you mean physically? Some of what you describe sounds like a panic attack. Have you talked about this with your doctor? There are medications that can help.
