My first attempt in a while

I tried to hang myself in the woods, turned up to a guy I'm kinda seeings house randomly before he left for work after.
He said he could tell something was up but he didn't push it.
Now I'm self destructing and mixing painkillers with alcohol and throwing up blood every day.
Let's hope my stomach ruptures.

i guess you already know that won't probably kill you. and i know that it's hard to resist the need to destroy oneself when in so much pain.
i'm sending you a hug. i don't want you to be in worse pain after that though
