( I can understand wanting to disagree with me, however if you do please actually prove your point and not just skirt around the problem)

I'm a horrible person to him. Anyone else would leave. Anyone else would hate me. Anyone else would call me names... I hate myself so much, I'm fucking worthless. I hate myself enough for the both of us, and then some probably. He deserves someone better. Someone that isn't me. He'd be better with me gone. He wouldn't have to put up with my bs anymore.

My mental health does nothing except fuck everything up.

I hope not to sound disrispectful because this is not my intention at all. Also I understand you are venting. However, I try.
Have you asked him?
Have you, openly and sincerely, asked him if he would be better without you?
If so, I can guess the answer was "no!". Is this a person you trust? If you trust him, you can believe in his answer.

We all get stucked in our minds, in our own feelings about ourselves, it happens to everyone. In these cases we need a connection to reality.
It is possible he likes you as you are.

I am sorry with what you are going through, it is not easy at all.
