Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

If you value the community and would like to help support its continued operation, donations are greatly appreciated. If you wish to donate via Bank Transfer or other options, please open a ticket.

I have a condition called pleurisy. Occasionally I will get 5-6 minutes of sharp chest pain. Most of the time its ok if I take super shallow breathes. Sometimes it can act up really bad and no matter how little I breathe the pain feels excruciating like I'm being stabbed below the chest.

Over the years I have learned the best / simplest remedy for this is biting hard on something thick enough. It could be pencil, belt, chopstick. Or tightly gripping an object that has some sharp edges like my keys. In the past this has worked when I got some painful dental work done. I gripped my keys real hard and it made the pain a lot more bearable, not sure why though.

I'm afraid after I drink SN my pleurisy will activate, and I'll get even worse pain. On top of that I might hyperventilate making it even worse. Of course, it's a risk I'll have to take.

Sorry about your condition. You could practice drink some salty water to see how it goes. Is your condition activated by emotions or distress? Don't know what to tell you but maybe to try with N, when it's available again. Pass-out time is a lot shorter.

That sounds like an awful health condition. I'm sorry that you have to deal with these fears, we all deserve the option of a peaceful exit at a time of our own choosing. I wish you the best in whatever happens and I hope you find relief from your suffering.
